DiVA-Test: Four steps to a successful
business
Most new business ideas fail. Do you know why?
What is the best way to succeed?
DiVA-Test is a new process which you can use to
evaluate your business ideas and develop them based on what your
customers really want. Take some of the risk out of starting up
and maximise your chances for success. This approach can save
you time and money.
Market research isn’t just about finding out about
trends. It’s a practical way of establishing what your customers
want, testing their reactions to your business ideas, and then
using those reactions to shape and develop your business.
In this workshop, learn the DiVA-Test approach
and then start applying it to your own ideas in a confidential
one-to-one meeting with business expert, and DiVA-Test creator,
Victor Higgs.
You will leave this session with:
- An understanding of the steps involved for success
with your new business
